Angelo has lived in Oakville, Ontario since his grade school days. He holds an Honours Degree in Literature and Philology, as well as a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Toronto.

Angelo opened his Law Practice in 1976 in Oakville, Ontario focusing on Corporate and Commercial practice as well as Real Estate and Estates. He also has had considerable experience as a Federal Prosecutor in the Criminal Courts. Angelo is also fluent in French and Italian. Angelo is a member of the International Bar Association and the Association de Juristes d'Expression Française de l'Ontario.

Angelo has also served as a Counsellor of the Town of Oakville. He is former President of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce. He has been active with the Children's Aid Society, the United Way and the Rotary Club of Oakville. Angelo believes in altruism as a way to pay it forward for those less privileged and for the leaders of tomorrow.

Angelo's practice includes a Senior Counsel role in the areas of Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Mediation and Land Development, providing assistance to a broad range of satisfied clients.

Lina has recently returned home to Oakville, ON to practice law in her local community after spending over two decades living, working, and studying abroad. 

Her passion for justice and being of service to others has always been the main driving force in her life and the reason behind her client-centric approach to law.  Lina obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A) from Dalhousie University, her Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) from Sussex University in England and went on to obtain her Master of Laws (L.L.M) in Professional Legal Practice with Distinction from the University of Law, all while completing her UK certification in England. 

Lina spent many years acting as a Legal Advisor across the Middle East dealing with diverse clients such as HNWI’s, Government Entities and Oil & Gas Executives.  At the same time, she maintained her commitment to the idea of access to justice and was responsible for setting up pro bono legal aid clinics to help support members of her local community that were not able to afford a lawyer. Lina has worked on high profile criminal, immigration, and employment/labour law cases in multiple jurisdictions.  She brings her international expertise home with her where she is eager to provide world class legal support to her community in Ontario.

Deeply committed to serving his clients and community, Karmel is a long-standing member of the Rotary Club of Burlington Central, a Paul Harris Fellow, a founding board member of The Carpenter Hospice, a former board member of Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, past chair of the Burlington United Way Campaign and board member with the Halton Learning Foundation. For the past 8 years, Karmel has held 2 annual fundraising events the Canada Day Walk/Run event and the Wills & Powers of Attorney event, which have raised tens of thousands of dollars for local charities.

Karmel Sakran grew up in Burlington and graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 1993.  Karmel's dad was a well-known grocer in Burlington who exemplified "service" and "sacrifice" for his community.

Crystal Gayle is a Licenced Paralegal, Notary Public and Senior Law Clerk at Serafini Sakran Lawyers. Crystal began her career in the legal field after successfully completing the Legal Administration program at Centennial College in 2007. She went on to completing the Paralegal program at Sheridan College and became licenced by the Law Society of Ontario in 2013. Crystal has experience working in various law firms for the last fifteen years with a primary focus on Real Estate, Corporate, and Wills and Estates.

Crystal hopes to attend law school in the future, but currently enjoys her role in the administrative and clerical side of the legal profession. She is taking her extensive background in customer service to help cultivate genuine and lasting relationships with our clients. She is diligent and very detail-oriented, enabling her to work in tandem with the rest of the team to ensure accuracy and efficacy when working on our client files.
